Our Accelerated Instructors Program is designed for advanced students interested in operating a club or school for teaching martial arts. Students of other styles are welcome.

Your curriculum consists of four major elements:
1) eight variations of postures.
2) four forces (proper striking, kicking, throwing, and grappling)
3) eight attacking points
4) nine non- attacking points.

Master Rashid’s Martial Arts training spans over 40+ years including the art of Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Shaolin Kung Fu, Karate, Tai Chi Chuan and Praying Mantis Kung Fu.
Master Rashid holds a Doctorate of Education having taught martial arts professionally for over 25+ years. He holds 10 Levels of Black Belts and numerous professional licenses, awards and certifications to teach martial arts including accolades as a Gold Medalist & Gold Belt Grand Champion Fighter.. In 1996 Master Rashid developed Tai Yuk Fa (Great Jade Flower) a Praying Mantis Kung Fu System that roots extend back over 900 years to the origins of Tan Tui.
Dr. Rashid is also a certified teaching professional in Ohio and is qualified to teach in both Public and Private institutions. Master Rashid promotes a University Style curriculum leading into a specialization in specific styles of martial art.
